I have bunch of lavender from this past year and some baby's breath I grew was thinking I need to do something with. So came up with this idea. It is ith hoop quickie. I added word love with machine and did not get it exactly where I wanted it but it works. Hand stitched after I turned it and sewed a loop with other machine added to back as seen in pic 2. So now I got my purple for February.

Your right it is and cotton lined really was simple thought just hit as I thought of Feb family birthdays lots. Their birthstone pretty purple and their flower violets. So Feb is full of red and purple. Then it led thought of I got purple my lavender dried and roses are asleep in the snow currently. Then thought of sachets......... and cone popped into my head.

I need to trim my patch up but they say it runs off flies, relaxes, etc. I just love the smell and it's color. Do you dry lots of it?
