UPDATE ON JOSHUA
I have not reported anything about Joshua for some time. Over Christmas Joshua had another infection in his leg and once more it has cleared up with antibiotic. As a family we all realise that this cannot go on for ever. Yesterday a scan was done and this morning the doctor phoned my daughter. Some of the cadaver bone is starting to knit, which is great. It is one of the pins that seems to be causing the infections. On Tuesday Josh will go into hospital and have the offending pin removed and and some dead tissue and infection will also be removed. Again I was expecting the worst but let us see what Tuesday brings. Thank you for your patience. Hugs Sarah.

Oh my, we were hoping Joshua was beyond these issues. I pray this will solve the issues and he will have no more problems with infections.

That all sounds good. Our daughter had a screw removed from her foot in June of last year when the ligament and nerves had come loose from the screw and was causing her pain. Screw was removed and she is doing so much better. He has come so far in the healing process and will be praying that this is the last time he will have to have surgery.

Dear Sarah, once the pin is gone that might be the beginning of the healing, one never knows. I'll continue to uphold Joshua in prayer. May he come out of hospital renewed and reinvigorated. God bless you all whilst this is ongoing. Love Chris
