Sue recently told us of her "Duh" moment, well I can tell you now its contagious.

Last night i wanted to Phone Sue to confirm with her about a girly sewing weekend in April.
I just could not get a dialing tone no matter how i tried to key the numbers.
Then i realised why no dialing tone.
I was using the TV remote.

They are so small and I've picked my cell phone up to try to change the TV channels as I had my old cell phone to be a remote for the TV. It goes to say technology has really changed our life's. Instead of remembering phone numbers I touch a picture of the person I want to call.

Oh, been there, done that, both ways around. I even threw the TV remote into my purse when I went shopping one day, instead of the cell. I think I need to label these things in great big red letters! Yeah, right, then I couldn't find my glasses anyway to read them.... Hugs, Marji

Welcome to the DUH club. One of my moments was putting my Thumb drive in the wash. And it still works.

O that is a good one. I have sprayed hair spray under my arms. I had to walk about with my arms stuck out for rest of the day. (not that bad).but it did sting.
Hugs Pam.

Don't feel bad Annie, I once gave the butcher my gold NRMA (Car road service card) instead of my gold Visa, to pay for my meat purchases.

I kept insisting there was nothing wrong with my "credit" card and HE kept on trying to get it to work in the machine.

So which one of us felt more silly when I looked in my purse and saw my Gold Visa card still sitting in there??????

Want another laugh? I once got off work and needed to take the elevator down, silly doors would not open! Don't know why??My remote keys to the car would not open the doors. Felt worse when I realized someone had been watching as I kept zapping the doors

LOL, Annie.....I hate admitting this but, I answered the phone once with the mouthpiece at my ear and the ear piece at my mouth.......the person kept yelling cuz I couldn't hear and she said I sounded like I was in a tunnel......we laughed our butts off when I discovered what I had done!!

Oh, I've had one of those moments quite often myself. One night I was talking on my cell phone to my husband before bedtime and was frantic because I couldn't find my phone. My husband said, "Ah, Sandy, you are talking to me, so where do you think the phone is? This was definitely a ROTFLOL moment for me. I guess I was tired.

I was driving home late one night with a friend. We had gone all the way down to Denver, over the mountain pass. I don't usually drive at night. We kept wondering why my bright lights weren't working very well - it was so dark. We pulled into the Seven - Eleven and my sun glasses were on. I was soooo embarrassed, but she hadn't noticed them on me either!

Don't have much time to be here lately but I am so glad I read this. I needed a good laugh and not feel so silly about stepping out of my shower with the shampoo still in my hair.

A couple of years ago I had some friends around for tea and cake. I made the tea in one of my precious teapots. Set about putting everything on a tray and just couldn't find the teapot. I looked all over the kitchen and scullery and eventually found it in the fridge!! Needless to say I had to make the tea again from scratch. My friends found it very funny.
