What am I doing wrong. I have tried to upload pictures and it doesn't work click browse then add image, click upload and then submit Is this correct? thanks dee

You are probably using the blue "e" Internet Explorer. The last update from Microsoft made photo uploads not work on many sites.
Please try using Chrome or Firefox browsers (free downloads) as they work without issues.
