I know you don't like it -- but it is beautiful! I love snow in the wintertime!
We only have crisp/crunchy snow left from weeks ago and lots of inversion.

Makes me sneeze just to look at the photos. We have had bitter cold here, GA., for several days now, but no snow. My sister has been snowed in TN. My home is heated with a heat pump system and heat pumps are not designed for 7 degrees f. They start running on auxiliary, which will cost me big bucks!! People all over have burst pipes. So far I have not had trouble. Kay

oh boy we burst pipes to when it gets to below -45 but most are 6 feet under so no problem,we use only wood heat but we also have an oil stove .Hugs

that is a bit of snow! It takes experience to keep a house at a good temp with a wood stove. I would totally overheat the cabin. Stay warm and have fun stitching. How is your hand doing?

I think snow is pretty and it does give me reason to hibernate in my sewing. Just wish it did not have to have the cold lol to go with it. I love your wooded tree area. Beautiful!!!

That has drifted pretty high much higher and Mr Peeko can walk up/over/out. Can see why John was shoveling.

Just too difficult for me to comprehend this. It is boiling hot here as it is with Chris in Australia. The snow is just beautiful. Sorry to say that Carolyn!! Hugs and keep warm. Sarah from sunny South Africa.

Looks lovely but it would be tooooo cold for us.Reading the Sunday paper this morning there was an article about people who were becoming Australian citizens on Australia Day .The family from US stated the one thing he would never miss was shovelling snow from his roof. The snow shovelling is always mentioned by people from cold climates when they become citizens.

Cannot comprehend snow and cold that cold. Even our ski resorts in the Snowy Mountains don't get that cold! It's been quite warm and humid here in Newcastle today. We've had a love south easterly wind blow up this afternoon and it has cooled things down a tad. Tomorrow is a Public Holiday for Australia Day and it's going to be 26, Tuesday 28, Wednesday 30 and that's when all the school children go back to school. It's stupid sending children to school in February, it's the hottest month in Australia and a lot of children have to put up without air conditioners! Thanks for your beautiful pictures Carolyn, makes me feel all warm and toasty. Love Chris

Wonderful pictures. We still have snow here also. With the low temperature we may have it for a while. It has been many, many years since we've had this long of low temps. I think snow is beautiful but I'm also ready or spring!
