I am back!! My hubby has to re format my computer and bring it back to factory settings. He spent a week installing updates and all my programs. I am so glad he knows what he is doing. I was at a loss. So I am back and it has been a frustrating few weeks. My computer still needs some tweaking but the nasty virus is gone! Now maybe I can get back to my so called "normal" Suzanne

That has got to be a big relief. My first go round restoring to factory settings took be the better part of two weeks to get it all back in and the hundreds of updates but the second time I planned it out and it took two days. Hopefully he will not have to do it again. Mine crashed from overheating and the second time was my human error. Good to have you back on the internet.

He made a start up disc so if this happens again it will take a whole lot less time to fix all this. He will not have to do all the updates. Yeah! smart man
