This is very nice.
Peppers are so decorative... and I found out long ago about the burn baby burn. I did not think they would be bad if I just was careful canning one year when I was first married. I laid awake all night felt like second degree burns. Smartie me had to try it the hard way.

we made salsa & I had a friend who was careless & wiped her eye with her hand & we had to rush her to the emergency dept. Jalapeno peppers OUCH!
My stomach can't handle this let alone skin!!!
My stomach either, I can't get along with even regular black pepper. I start coughing like crazy. My hubby likes both. Hot and reg pepper stuff.
Have you tried the tiny Chili pequins? Or the Serranos?all a tad too hot for me.Forget about the habaneros(THESE ARE MEAN)
my parrot loves them no mater how hot they are he eats one or two every day. he loves the little tiny ones makes my fingers burn just to pick them up.

It is colorful. For those that get overwhelmed with the burn gulp down a glass of milk or any other milk product and it will calm down the fire.

I love hot peppers but .One time I get what I thought was sweet banana peppers I made them into stuffed peppers about a hour later my hands started burning and they burned so bad I could hardly stand it I sat with my hands in ice water for a long time and put burn ointment on them and they still burned the next day needless to say we could not eat the peppers. our eyes burned while they were.
