Did you do it all in the hoop or sew the applique on then embroidery Arkansas across?

sewed the applique on then embroidered Arkansas across while it was still in the hoop using fonts in my machine

You did a neat job on it. With the chevron stripes I might have angled the state name.

It looks great, there are lots of shirts I see where the name is even bigger and they look very nice that way too. Kind of like a stacked design.
