Thought I would show you one of my favorite table quilts...I drew the designs for this quilt...This one is a combination of fabric painting and trupunto hand applique. I drew and hand painted half of the leaves and the petals of the cabbage roses. The centers of the cabbage roses are trupunto hand applique, as are the petals of the center rose...the blue heart shapes are also hand painted...The tulips on the ends are hand painted with the middle paisley fabric hand appliqued...All of the painting was done with fabric paints and this quilt is very washable! The quilt is 50 x 50 inches...I made this for my dining room table...It is all machine quilted
