This is one of the adorable Valentine designs from Cute Embroidery from 2011. Pulled them back out once again! The tiger stitched out perfectly and he's so cute with his heart in his hands......
It's on a white waffle weave shirt so you almost can't even see the shirt.

when you stitch on waffle weave do you ever use 2 layers of topping to lift the stitches? I do - it's cheap and makes me feel more certain nothing is going to pull down later!

No, I only use one layer of OESD AquaFilm. It doesn't seem to need 2 layers.
