These are a set of coasters I made for my DIL's Mother for
Christmas...I used green varigated thread thru-out.The designs and the coaster were from here a little while back.
I also made a set in red thread for a neighbor...

They are 4.5" across and they are what I call sew and flip.Made the same way Oma's are made, only round...

I simply cannot stop looking at these lovely coasters. I also have the oval valentine set by Oma, but are these circular ones also from her, as I would love to purchase a round set? these are so pretty! My cats think coasters are play toys tho...... I have a square one I knitted out of string and they don't seem to like it. Not attractive like these!
