Hubby and I are in CT taking care of 3 grandkids for a week while parents go skiing----got the kids up, showered, dressed, breakfasted, and ready to go--son calls and says schools are closed==WHATTTTTTT----so what do we do with the gkids ALL DAY LONG????----Play day==Brailian coffee :):):):):)==with the neighbor and her kids---deliver an Advent calendar I made back in Dec for DIL---giving to her neighbor-----DIL will get another for the next Advent season---each block different-----all trees the past year----some new theme for the next---all felt---all fun---today---EMBROIDER, DIGITIZE, SEW, KNIT, PLAY---God bless y'all!!!!!!!

Teach them to play all the non-electronic games like checkers, mill, cribbage, crazy 8's and solitaire. See how many different types of solitaire you can remember.

We read and learned some JESUS songs on the piano and baked a peach cobbler----peaches and cake mix and sprite---and sewed and embroidered and knitted and just had fun!!!!! Those are memories that I will cherish forever and I know they will, too!!!!
