I had the same problem, but then Veronika responded to one of my questions and told me to hit the F5 key (reset) and it sorted everything out for me. I hope it will work for you too. *4U

Just keep trying. The flowers now turn orange instead of grey. A few others have had trouble when first trying. Sometimes you see symbol come up as if it is taking some time and others it just does it.
