Easter Cross Tee for 2 yr. old Abby. Used reg emb. design. U CAN DO THIS IF YOU HAVE A SATIN STITCH OUTLINE OF YOUR DESIGN. Used layer of flannel and 2 layers of fabric. Cut around finished design leaving approx. 1/4" of fabric then snip all around to the satin stitch to make the ragged edge/Lillian

I love this and I really like the "raggy" design. Glad you feel like sewing and I'm so happy to see your sweet face when I open up projects tab.

Thanks Jerrilyn, actually I'm always sewing, crocheting, quilting, it's just everything gets gone before I can get a pic of it. Not doing much else these days and this keeps me busy/love you Lillian

Very nice and thanks for the helpful hints on how to get this effect; I would have never thought of using flannel for a little extra soft padding for the applique.
