Ok, just venting here and feeling sympathy for Veronika and other site owners. Now that my husband's book is for sale I've added ZenCart and PayPal master to my list of job titles. (Not mastered yet by the way.) So many things can go wrong and pinpointing the problem can be a challenge especially in different languages. I don't know how many times I've had to reset the digital download for someone because in this case you need to download on the device you want to read it on and even then sometimes it doesn't complete etc.

I haven't done a count but I think most, maybe 90%, of the customers get it on the first try. I have to work on how to raise that number.

Best of luck with the book, and the learning curve for all the computing that goes with selling on the internet! What's that old Indian saying, something like "Don't judge a man until you've walked a mile in his moccasins." I have nothing but respect for those who can juggle this internet business stuff, and do it with grace and good will. Hope your sales go through the roof!! Hugs, Marji

True. If I've learned anything with Cute and all the interactions I have with other sites and digitizers, it's be professional and polite.
Thank you.

Ditto to what Marji said -- especially the grace and goodwill! I am not sure I would have the patience Veronika has with some of the troubles here.
Sewmom, I am sure from what I know about you -- that you will be just fine.

I'm sure you will have it whipped into shape in no time at all. 90% sounds pretty impressive to me. You must be doing lots of things right.

Thanks. I like the "glass half full" approach. I feel better already. It could be worse, right?

You'll get there, Sewmom.......there is definitely a learning curve for site owners and the users of the site, but you will find most people are patient and understanding....

Wow! The book is selling and that is the best part. I would recommend making a log of the various problems in case they come up again. I am sure you will have it all figure out soon, for me it is the forgetting and then needing the information again. I have an excellent forgetter. Lol!

I admire you and your ability to conquer new tasks on the internet. You are way ahead of me. I hope that his book is very successful and that you manage to raise that magic number to 100%.
