Last week when the 2 youngest grands were here for a visit Mr. Grayson (now 3) realized that Miss Ava had her own place-mat but he did not. So he took me by the hand & went into my studio ( he has a speech impediment) & his own way told me that he wanted a place-mat for his own too. So he picked all the sashings & explained he wanted a car. So this is what I came up with for him. I guess I could have put the moon up higher but I wanted to add the stippliing to the background, & this way it shows up better. To be honest I thought it was a sun LOL. They all love punch buggies @ his house & this is the perfect car for him

thanks Sharon this is his first time & they know they are not aloud in my studio without me there (just in case I dropped any pins) I was really surprised @ him taking me in there & then to choose the fabric too well it was a lengthy process but it was his first time LOL
It tickles me they do that cause their parents could care less about fabric and then to see them go ooo and ahh over it makes me feel good. lol!
