This is my attempt at making corners. This gorgeous little cat with butterflies was a freebie on Kreative Kiwi, based in New Zealand. I've embroidered this little cat on card stock for a card. Turned out beautiful. I've included the link.

Your corners look perfect from here! So does your Center point! I am sure I have seen quilts you have made and being the Master Quilter you are, I would expect nothing less.

How sweet. But I'm just a beginner. To make these potholders, I actually made a frame first. My corners were then made. Then I inserted the middle part (where the cat is). Then I sewed all around the inside frame. I love this method.
