Something very special.
Today my little Tao received a surprise package in the mail from a Secret Sister and he was absolutely beside himself when I gave it to him. He immediately picked it up and took off with it into the bedroom where he went totally manic with it.
I tried to take photo's but he was moving too fast for the camera to capture so they are a bit blurry.

Sit here and smile. Seems the lovely auntie has made some catnip or valerian inside. My cats always went crazy when they've smelled it :o)

I think it's just soft stuffing inside Bettina, he just loves his Tao toy. I'll probably have to start supplying Aunt Polly with the materials to keep Tao in the style to which he is becoming accustomed. LOL!!!!

Hi Meg, I was sworn to secrecy - Pauline SMS'd me whilst you were on your way here to my place on Friday! So it was funny when you showed me the picture of what Tao had done to the first one. Great job Pauline on the toy. Love Chris

Yes she told me today. LOL!!!
He just loves his Tao toys, he slept with the first one every night, then when it went to pieces and I had to take it away from him, he cried every night and wouldn't go to sleep so I had to give it back to him. He's happy now, he has curled up and gone to sleep with blue Tao. :-)

This is great, lucky Tao and you get entertainment too. There is something about a young cat playing that never ceases to bring a smile well a huge grin to my face. Just wondering what Pauline filled the toys with. Keep enjoying the entertainment

Yes, it sure helps to have an active kitten in our lives right now, he has big footprints to fill and he is doing his best.
I think Pauline just used soft toy filling, it's similar to the filter wool you use in aquarium filters, that's the best way I can describe it. Here in Aus we can buy it in bagsfull. hugs n love, Meg

Thanks, I have no clues about aquarium stuff but know toy filling well. I have a totally mad cat who fills our life with entertainment. I have not heard about the breed he is so thanks for that

Yes he does Sarah. He is a red point Himalayan and the reds are known for being devilish.
He has a split personality I'm sure of it, my arms and legs are a mass of scratches as he takes a running jump onto me, (like I'm a tree) when I am least expecting it, he has flown right up my back and I dare not wear a nightdress near him as he climbs up it, on the inside.
YEP, he's a red terror and I already love him dearly for his fantastic sense of fun and his quiet side is even more amazing.

I can't get over how he is growing!! I laughed at the pic of the torn up one...the kittens in the basement tear up their toys, too, I forgot how rough babies are on toys....Tao is such a delightful little guy!!

His first one is so well loved Vicki I think I will still have to repair it.
He is really well suited to our household as he has a quiet side when he is so lovable. He will fly through the house straight up onto my laptop, at breakneck speed, shower me with kisses, cuddles, pats and rubs for 5 minutes, then he'll take off again to play. Such a phenomenal personality. :-)

That is so awesome!!! I can't wait to let the kittens upstairs...
we still need to get them FEL & FIV tested, but need to get them to the point of being handled by others....Jiffy tries to follow me through the basement door when I leave them..
