Just had the best phone call ever from my daughter Emma who was in tears. Joshua went to have his stitches and clips out of his leg this morning. The surgeon says that he does not want to see Joshua again. Josh has been told that he must use his leg to strengthen the loss of muscle.
For all the family this is just super news. I cannot believe that Josh has managed to hang on to his leg. You are a very brave young man Josh.

Tears of Joy I can handle, Yeah for Josh! It is a great thing to say good bye to a difficult time of life. Time for Josh to rebuild his muscles and the parts of his life he had to put aside.

Dear Meg, thank you. Throughout all of this he has managed to learn to drive and pass his test so he is now in a car.
