I would remove the stitching line from the outside of his snout to the stitches inside it. And a somewhat wider outline on the appliquéd pieces may hide the fuzzies of the brown patches, unlike the light shirt (lovely use of that fabric) the dark colour makes them so visible.

Thank you ! I didn't trim her up very well. It was just a quick trim so I could see how she sewed out.

nice job Linda, she is coming right along. I agree with Martine a wider satin for the outside edge would give her a lovely finish. But I am just learning too. hugs Loralye
