This was the first in a set by that name offered as freebies by Clipartopolis last week - see picture 1.
I could not resist playing with half the heart - see the software generated picture. Those need a 200x200mm hoop, the heart itself fits a130x180 mm or 5x7 in hoop and is available on Yoriko's

Thank you. It is only a matter of varying the stitch direction and light is your friend - it reflects differently and your design seems to have many slightly different shades.
