There is a Canadian artist by the name of Bruce McKay who is one of my favourite artists and I have a couple of his originals. Pretty well his entire collection is based upon very amusing cat portraits. I did try to contact him to request his permission to reproduce some of his work in the embroidery format but have had no response. I think that you would be amused by his work and ideas with cats.

There are several great animals artists out there, this one is from clipart that I purchased, original artist is Jamie Kay and I love her work, I have several that I bought, so will have more coming up.......
