Babyblanket I made for my granddaughter. Her in The Netherlands it is custom that the grandmother (or a good friend from the mother) makes (or buys) a basket with 10 little presents so the new parents have a present for every day the first 10 days after the birth.

We don't do babyshowers.

Just wondering is the white fabric minky or chenille?

I don't know the english word. But the fabric is double and one side is made from the same material as towels and the other side is from a waffle structure. I put a picture above. The lining I made from cotton.
