I added a rattle inside this cute baby toy. The hair is crochet cotton. The tag on the it was a piece of ribbon that says "Hugs and Kisses". I love how the tag turned out think I may start adding this tag on all my stuffed creations. The little monkey is a wind up toy I used to prop up the embroidered toy so it looked better in the picture. The doily under them is one I embroidered a while ago. hugs, Susan
