Another given remnant. I used a design I made a couple of years ago for another dress. It followed the neckline of the other one better as I designed it especially for that one - see picture 3

Looks fine to me. The remnant piece looks to be a crinkle cotton a bit like cheese cloth where as the stripe one is a firmer fabric. That would be why it looks different. I think you have done a wonderful job.
