This is my daughter playing the fiddle tonight. This band consist of my nephew, front center on guitar,my hubands brother, left front sings, behind him a friend on bass guitar. The drummer was a woman, filling in,very good and the man (behind my daughter),well his daughter is married to another nephew.-They were asked to play at a reception, told to dress jeans. The couple had married earlier, and the parents wanted to have something for them.It was held at a Lumber Museum and was decorated western,I guess you could say.Look at some of the decorations I took photos of.They used burlap folded down the lengths of the tables,on top of the white tablecloths.I like the slabs of wood they had the flower arrangments on.-The parents were so pleased with the band, I think they were paid a bonus! Just thought I'd share mostly family, group with you.-Toogie
Hugs, Lidia
Your photos are wonderful with the decorations that are perfectly appropriate for the setting. I'm especially loving the "shotgun shell" boutonniere.
