Try Stitch Delight. Sorry I didn't look up the address. I know there was a whole set of soft toys in Dainty Stitches which is now Stitch Delight.

I don't remember a bear out of curly minky, but rsehorse made a bunny. Maybe she would know about a bear, she does lots of stuffies.

cutie Sue Dewsbury has a 9" ITH bear in 3 parts: body, arms, legs.
Sew Forum has a 5"x7" ITH bear by perfect_fit. And Britt Designs has a 5"x7" boy and girl ITH bear plus a tutorial. It's crazy, but I'm not sure how to link you to Sue, but someone will tell us. The Britt designs were free but I don't know if it was just for a while or what. Good luck.
