My Cameo Bag by a stitchahalf. I don't think I have ever made anything quite so complex before, each piece took over an hour to stitch out. I used nearly a whole reel of thread although I did have to do the front flap twice! (Don't ask). It is not perfect by any means but the next one will be!
This one is not good enough for the gift I intended it to be.

I have this pattern as well, and was going to make it for myself to use for a formal dinner we were attending. But, I lost my nerve to make it. After seeing yours, I think I can try it, but I will need to wait for when I have a whole day free to myself.

I made the small version of this! I added a top flap as I did not like the way the flap was set on it. I remember I had an extra piece when it was as said and done. Good work!

This bag would be quite pricey if you were to buy it in a store. I'm in awe of your ability to stitch something like this out. My machine doesn't stitch very fast, but the time it took really is a day's work. Fabulous project!
