Sometimes the maintenance on the site will cause a delay in the page loading fully. If you just give the page a minute or two more it will load and then you should be able to give flowers.

I don't seem to be having a problem at all. I just gave you one. Try shutting down your computer and then turning it back on and see what happens.

Yesterday I couldn't give out flowers, then discovered I had to sign in all over again. Then it worked.

no, I just gave flowers to all - but the ladies are right sometimes it loads very slowly and I assume if you then push the button again it is deleted in view of the slow reaction time
same problem I occured in my office time when all customer admins had to enter orders at one dead line time. then the system was sooo slow and we had to sit for hours...and sometimes deleted our own data entry again :-(
