For my grandson's quilt, my sister suggested I add his name to the top, so here is what I came up with. The blue is a road to continue through the quilt. I might add some applique cars to this.... thanks for looking!

How about little car pillows and bits of Velcro? This is so orginal, with the road. I'm sure he'll love it.

Dolly, Your quilt is going to be just adorable! Sue digitized some little ITH cars for us when we were doing the quilts for Uganda. We made some and put them in little pockets on some of the quilts..... I'm hoping you have these designs in your files because Sue shared them with us all I think. I used vinyl for the windshields.

Thanks for the idea, 'hiteck' but this 5 year old already knows how to operate his own RC car and has close to 100 metal cars so I'm pretty sure these are too baby like!!
