Spring is coming, Hope the snow doesn't melt too fast and cause flooding. You don't need that after the winter you've had. thanks for sharing your snow with us with us this way.

We have melted off again it comes and goes but tonight I hear the peepers singing on pond but tomorrow night will be too cold. So you should start seeing much better changes within couple weeks. I always watch for your snow to start to have an idea when we will be getting cold. So if other side is to let you know your spring is coming as signs of spring are showing my way right down to geese landing around here and sure to head your way as you warm up. The spring flowers are peeking here, strawberry plants couple showing green, The spring bushes popping signs of spring, the maple awakening. The peep frogs singing a courting song tonight and did other night. Hang in there what else can you do my goodness that is more than enough of the white stuff.

I don't know where you Ms Carolyn, but can I move there... I love snow!

All the photos are breathtaking...to people who don't see much of it,or have to 'live' in it.I can not stand the cold that accompanies it,tho.I am afraid when the spring came, they would still find me frozen! You are made of good stock,as they say here, to withstand these winters.Hoping your spring comes soon-TOOGIE

I guess you will have to bloom where you were planted, but I'm giving thanks again that I was planted in the south.

What amazing pictures Carolyn, I can't believe how much snow has fallen in your township. There's got to be nearly 6 feet if that stop sign is any indication. What happens when all this melts, do you get lots of slushy mud? How long will it take to thaw out and what about your lawn? Do you even have a lawn under all that snow? Sorry about the questions, but I am really curious to know. Love Chris

This is how I remember my childhood. I first visited Denver at Christmas and there was no snow, yet we went to the mountains and there was plenty!. I was sold! I am so happy to not have that much snow. With this much snow, there must be flooding concerns if the spring thaw is too quick. It is beautiful.

I'm with Chris (Pennifold) - what happens in the Spring thaw? We don't see snow like that in most of Australia. I know flood, draught and fire but not snow.

What happened Carolyn, it looks like the entire neighbourhood tipped their snow on your drive. I suppose Spring Summer and Fall don't seem to last long enough, when you count the days from begining of snow to the end of the melt. Keep warm a little longer Spring is on it's way or so I hear..

Oh boy, I know a lot of snow there in Germany (Erzgebirge), but this year I think you got our snow too. We had snow only 1 week and now we have an early spring. Hope the spring will come next time to you too.

Mr Peeko is saying I want some grass!! lol! I hope spring comes for you soon, too. Do they have good snow removal for the roads or do they stay pretty much treacherous in the winter?

I'm going to stop complaining, we can see some grass and dirt on main road and only -20 below lst night. LOL

It snowed all day at my house here in Missouri but nothing like you've got. I love snow when I can stay indoors and look at it but not if I have to drive in it. Spring is just around the corner but you'd never know it by looking at these pictures.
