Oh! Now I understand it's a Pillow Case. It is a stunningly beautiful set of bedding.
Over here in Australia we don't recommend pillows for our babies until the child is over 2 years of age. Love Chris

OK, we have neither a pillow for that little one, but let the pillow case just been lying under the baby's head just because it's so beautiful
