Here's what i been a workin on:):)I made this thin leatherette pillow in 4 pieces and it turned out OK (16x16 inches).They are for a gift .Then i though hmmmmmmmmmmmaybe i could save myself some work and fake it.Instead of sewing 4 peaces together i did only one piece>

What do you think??Now back to sewing got one more to finish*****

Thanks Mary i think i like the brown ones best but the blues match my stuff anyways the browns will match other persons :):),i cut out the squares to try it the brown pillow way then i got that brain wave lol I may try it yet ????

I like the pieced one better...you did ask,-lol,however,if they don't sew,they may not notice.

Carolyn sorry but i prefer the pieced on. The stitching stands out more, Great job though :)

I like the plain one the best , it looks exactly like the ones I have seen in the shops.Have you tried doing wavey lines in a wide zig zag stitch ? I did that on some faux suede cushions that I made ,to make them more interesting.
