I created my own pc of fabric with scraps to make this basket so that I could put my new scraps in it. So this is a basket made out of scraps to hold some of my new scraps LOL I am debating about putting grommets & cording for the handles? I haven't been able to find any metal grommets yet but have not given up. To make it "stand up" I put 2 pcs of plastic cutting mat together & place them inside then duck taped them together to make a circle shape & then sewed the lining back up. It is a good size basket almost 12" high. I added a pc of cardboard to the bottom just to give it more weight. It is pretty sturdy for a cloth basket. A really nice way to use up some of those scraps you kept but never knew what to do with them lol (besides it makes room for more LOL)
