I remember finding one when I was about 8. I gave it to my Dad and he still had it in his wallet when he died.
He must have loved you and your gift a lot! I can easily see why he would hold onto your gift.

Sue, as you probably know I was bought up in England and was always told that four leaf clovers were a rare find. Nearby our house here in S. Africa where we walk our dog there is a patch of clover. We often find the four leaves there. When I see them I always pick them as all my GC love them. May this bring you tons of luck. Sarah

I used to look for these as a child with my play friend. We made bracelets and necklaces with the clover blooms. Stick your fingernail in the stem to make a slit and make chains string them together. You brought back memories. Kay

Yay for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 44 and I STILL love finding four leaf clovers . :) I have also found a five and six leaf clovers which I have put them in contact and kept. Don't know if bring luck as such but I KNOW I've felt lucky for finding them. Flowers for all . :) Hope you've had a GREAT day anyway!!!

I know a man with a back yard full of 4 leaf clover. He has won the lottery (a really big one) once. Now he hands out 4 leaf clover to all his friends.
I don't know if any have won anything - I haven't. OHH! I did win his friendship.

I found one a few years ago. Just looked down and there it was. Sorry to say, I don't think the legend is true, nothing changed. Kinda let down now, I quit looking and don't have the "finding" to look forward too.
