Hi everyone, I have just completed a winter time baby blanket for my eldest goddaughter. Owls are apparently all the rage for new babies. I purchased the Owls from the Cute site and proceeded to embroidery them on an 8x8 diamond shaped pink fleece. I did not do them as applique, but rather in all pink as requested. (mops helped me with this idea and I thank her for that.) I then placed them on the main blanket and used invisible thread to stitch them on. I'm not really fast at doing this kind of thing, but it is now done and I am ready ahead of the shower. Happy Dancing at my house! :)))) Thank you for looking.

Thank you Ms Vicki, I only have a 4x4 hoop and I'm telling you, it was the biggest challenge to date. I just took my time and when I hit a wall, I backed off until I was able to figure it out. It was fun but made me a nervous wreck. :)))))

The designs are from right here at cute, #9586490; 10 designs under birds. They came out at a really good time for me so I purchased them just for this item. Thank you for the kind words and for looking.
