Both are nice but the first one is my choice. The glasses are together to make a pair and the font is much nicer. Great work.

You have been having fun with your glass and sayings! This text is the nicest of all. I like the font of the second one, I find capitals less easy to read.
The glass in front in the first one is overlapped by the glass that's standing behind it - seems a bit illogical. Just arrange two glasses as in the design and see what you think.
The glass is beautifully shaped and looks more realistic uncoloured as in the first. But I prefer the wine in the second; the structured fill suggests something almost solid, something heavier than wine and its clarity.
