Here is a Blackwork Flower I worked on yesterday. I stitched it with metallic black/gold thread and put it on the back of a fleece vest........this design is on my website....

Me too, Kim,.....Yenmet has blended metallic thread that has a base color and then twisted with a metallic...it sure gives a cool effect!

Thank you.........I have a 16 needle machine and I use Yenmet metallic thread.........I have a terrible time with metallic shredding and breaking, but when I started using yenmet, that issue was solved. This was stitched on a fleece vest and I did not use a topping....just cutaway stabilizer underneath.....

I like this too and it has given me an idea perhaps to incorporate some crystals into the design if that would be permissible Vicki?
