Appliqued baby quilt. Last UFO out of the quilting frames and bound. This is ready for the next baby shower now. I have 5 queen size that go to the quilt shop next week for machine quilting and now I can start a new project.

Love your quilt, the edging adds an elegant touch. Question..what is the average size of a baby quilt. I have been looking on the internet but it seems every website has a different size.

This one is 48 x 78. I try to keep around those dimension, but it really depends on the fabric, the pattern, what I have available, etc. I have even improvised is I have something I want on the back, I make the front to match the size of my backing.

The other ones are going out for machine quilting. We don't have the room to hand quilt them anymore. I'll post them as soon as we get them back. A couple have embroidery on them, a couple are jelly roll pieces and I also have a disappearing 9 patch.
