This is my first time using Metallic thread and I've got to tell you I was on the edge of my seat waiting for something to go wrong and suddenly the machine stopped and there it was, glowing radiance.
The design is from bejoscha.tavernmaker. The picture doesn't do it justice

I encourage you to try! It has taken me years to try and I don't expect future metallic designs will work out as well as my first but now I'm not so intimated.

She looks gorgeous! I also stitched these Angels in metallic thread (both silver and gold), and was just as nervous as you were watching them come to life. Bejoschia's designs are quite well digitized, and turn out beautifully. I showed my Angels to a friend, and several of them seemed to mysteriousy disappear.

Beautifully done. Did you use a special needle? I've heard you have to use one.

I used schmetz Metallic needle 80/12 and I used a Thread stand. I've read that slowing down speed helps but I couldn't find how to do that on my machine so I used the default settings and it came out fine. Hope that helps.
