Hello, my friends. I've been out of commision for a bit, but am trying to get back into the swing of things. I am currently undergoing treatment for thyroid cancer and have about 6 more steps to go to get this all behind me. Arlet, I'm so very sorry to hear your news. I will pray for you if you don't mind. I am ignorant as to what your treatment involves, but if there is anything I can pray specifically for, please let me know. In the meantime I'll be covering you in hugs

My prayers are with you for a successful treatment and strength to carry you through it. I am a cancer survivor and know one needs lots of prayers, support and strength.
Please, please let your dentist check your teeth now and at regular intervals through your treatment. A lot of cancer patients lose teeth because of the cancer, no matter how good their oral hiegiene. (I lost 2, in spite of being warned about it by my dentist, and in spite of regular check-ups to prevent it.)

Dear Arlet,I am so sorry you have this disease..My daughter had both her thyroids removed,due to cancer,along with some lymph nodes.My sister has had TC too.Just telling you to encourage you.It was 10 years ago for my daughter and about 12 or more for my sister.Both have their checkups and are doing well today .
