Just to let everyone know that I'm still around. I keep those that need prayers in my thoughts. The power of prayer is mighty. I had a large brain stem tumour removed in November. That was a shock as I had just gone in for an MRI on an old neck injury when they found the tumour. Getting better everday, one step at a time. I haven't done any sewing but it will come in time. I feel blessed and am truly grateful that I'm recovering with baby steps. Excited to be back and browsing through all the wonderful projects. I've missed the cute family!

Thank goodness they were checking on an old injury so this tumor was discovered. My prayers for a rapid and complete recovery. Keep us informed please

Yes, timing is everything. My friend Libby found her tumor because of an injury from roughhousing with her teen daughter. The daughter felt horrible, but it was a blessing because it pointed out her problem. God is good.

I have been thinking about you from time to time & I am very happy that your surgery has gone well. I will continue to keep you in my prayers. If I may offer a tip (been through a brain tumor too) sleep as much as you need too even when you think that's all you do. Glad you are back and browsing! Praying that you will heal completely and quickly from the tumor, and that there was no malignancy found. God does work in mysterious ways, and He had a hand in the medical staff catching the tumor during a routine MRI. You were blessed in it being located sooner!
