Breast cancer quilt that I have made for my dear friend. She is still having chemo and will begin radiation after that is over. Thank you for your prayers and for your messages. She, too, is grateful for all of you. I have let her know of my praying Cuties.
It does have the breast cancer ribbon appliqued just above the bottom row.

This shows just how special she is to you.It is beautiful,just like your love for one another....I like the chevron,did you get it off the net?.I think I told you I got my sister started quilting.Maybe I should post her tops.She has made three,thus far, and I am so proud of her.She is having the first one,hand quilted.She quiled the second one on her reg sewing machine and the third,she just got the top done.

No, I didn't get it off the net. I had done something similar many years ago (it was called flame stitch back then). You cut 2 squares the same size, stitch all the way around with a 1/4" seam then cut them corner to corner. The way you lay it out and the color choices make it a chevron.
