I got a new cat in yesterday that was hit by a car. She is a 5 month old feral cat and her pelvis is broken in several places. We had her treated at the vets and she is here recouping with me. Poor baby can not use her hind legs right now but her hips and legs are in place. Her kidneys are fine too. Rest and care is what the vet ordered. I will have her 6-8 weeks. Hopefully she will improve and heal correctly. So sad to see these injured cats. But I try my best to help Gods creatures. A few prayers will help too.. Thanks Suzanne

You have definitely earned your "angel wings". What a lucky kitty this was to fall under your care, and you are so wonderful for helping her. God bless you.

Oh, Suzanne, we are such kindred spirits......I will pray for your little one! How does she go potty? Do you have to take her into the box?

No ...She is going my herself fine. I have a very low litter box in the cage. So she can drag herself in. This week she is doing much better. She is changing positions and looks happier. No stress in her eyes. 4-5 more weeks to go for her. Thanks Suzanne

I always pray for your little ones, Suzanne, and I'll be sure to include this poor baby as well. I hope Chloe is still doing fine, she looks so much like several Calicos I've lost over the years. Big furry hugs, Marji

Bless you for caring! My daughter-in-law lives in a small town and there are tons of feral cats around her house. She's even adopted a few and had one of them spayed/neutered. You folks rock!

Thanks so much! I try to make a difference in their lives. Some I can work with and adopt out. THe mama's stay with me and have their kittens. I raise them then they all get fixed have their shots and get adopted to good homes.

How are all the kitties doing, Suzanne? All is well, I hope, I keep them and you in my prayers (and all you animal rescuers as well). If it's not good news, please pretend you didn't see this, ok? I'm about out of tears. Hugs, Marji

Dear Suzanne, I'm sorry I missed this post previously. I'm so glad to read that Chloe is on the road to recovery. Bless you for looking after these animals. Surgery is not cheap and you are very kind to offer this assistance to our wonderful furry friends. Love Cris
