I really don't want to upset anyone, but may I tactfully suggest that everyone reads through the thread intended for new users in the Q&A section? It seems that we all have something to learn about how the site works. I couldn't possibly do what the moderators do as I'm not nearly diplomatic enough, but I really value their efforts. They take an enormous amount of time helping the site to run smoothly and I think they deserve our help.
