So sad to hear of the passing of Maya Angelou. She was one of my all time favourite female authors and poets. God certainly had an Angel here on earth whilst she was alive. May she rest in peace. Love Chris

Reading her "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sing" really opened me up to the wider world when I was 13. I thought her writing was magical.
