Another day @ the Brain Institute & we learned about Glass Etching & I have to say it is very hard to do. Placement & getting the pcs in the right spot are very important. I did the stein for my dad for Father's Day & the first "D" is a bit off but I guess it is ok. The tumbler I did for hubby & it says JIM & on the other side it has a crown I hope that they really like them! They can be washed but not in the dishwasher

I know right, I said the same thing to hubby when I got home that we get to do such neat things. We get a monthly calendar & we have to sign up to what we like to go & learn & it is full of fun things to do & more things to learn that I would never have thought of before. It keeps us wanting to try to learn new things & stay interested too

Dear Loralye, I'm so impressed with all the great things you do at your Brain Injury classes. You are such an inspiration to us all, great job on the glasses by the way and I'm sure both will be used often. Love and blessings Chris

Yes it is fun after I am done lol but it takes a lot of concentration to follow the instructions & like today when it is hard to do I can get a headache from thinking to hard. But is it pretty nice now they are done. ~hugs~

From experience, it is far easier to learn new things without going through the brain injury phase! Love that they have a program near you where they do such wonderful projects. They seem to provide quite a variety of projects, which I am sure helps to get people to come to the classes. I think both pieces look great. Look forward to what they will be teaching you next!

I am fortunate that I can go & it is very close to where I live. Some things are easy nah..........everything has it's challenges it's up to me to get through them & I do my best to go through & try to remember what I can & not to worry so much about what I can't. My next class is cooking lol
