I know, many of us have digi'd these spiral thingy's but when I did mine I clustered them and put a red/gold metallic flower in the center of each one.......hard to see it in pic as I stitched it on red, but in person it is striking..
This one will be up on my website tonight and is called "Clustered"...not to be confused with flustered..HA!

The design comes like this with the 3 clusters....all the white sews, then all the black then the middle flower.......

Could you stop at the centers & use a bit of bling (hot fix crystals) for the center? Just wondering.

Yes, Gerry, the center is set up as a different color, so it would be easy to stop the machine after the black stitches and add your own center......great idea!
