Thank you so much for the beautiful birthday cake and all the warm birthday wishes. I went and watered everyone's

garden. I came and visit a few times a day to keep up with everything here. On May 14th I had back surgery, I had a cyst growing in my vertebrae and into my spinal cord thus causing severe nerve damage. I go to pt 3 times a week and am slowly getting there. There are still so many things I can't do but know when I'm completely healed I will be able to walk with no more pain. Hugs..Carol

I'm so sorry you had s cyst. Great that you had a good surgeon and got it taken care of and are on the mend now. Follow your physical therapist to the letter....they have seen this before and know exactly what you need to do in order to heal. Thanks for the flowers!

Work hard in PT. It is so worth it to be able to walk normally and without pain. I am so sorry you had to have surgery but so glad it was successful.

Wishing you a speedy recovery after all the pain! It will be a rellef and
you certainly feel newborn after the worries and surgery but it will help you to do your most favourite things again - like embroidery and walking to fabric stores :-)
On one hand it is sad to read the "Cute" medical stories but on the other hand it might be of interest for those of us in pain and trouble l to find a solution or tell the doctors what could be done to help.
Good luck! Maria
