I have been asked to add a name and a microphone design to a computer bag. The pocket is not detachable and I don't have fast frames or any other after market frames. Other than being a contortionist while embroidering any suggestions? I have a 6 needle baby lock and a 9700 Janome. I could use either if one will work better. Thanks in advance, Becky M

Oh, sorry, no help here. I only have a single head machine.

Jerilyn, the 9700 is a single head. Any ideas using that one? Becky

if is a computer bag it should have a flap.if it does and no pocketsor zips this would b the most likely place.no hooping of bag.hoop stabilizer then add sticky spray to hold flap in place.if that is not possible then think about a patch to either sew or glue on wherever you desire.i have been embroidering only a little over a yr. others may know other ways.sincerely, lynne

No flap. It has this outside pocket where she wants his name. It doesn't open very wide. Super thick. I am thinking applique is going to be the best option too.

Applique patch and glue sound like a good plan [idea from Ajmmjs]. I have done quite a lot of applique patches recently. If you can get fabric the exact same colour as your background, they look more professional.

the bag is black and I had thought about applique.
